Dit verhaal is mij sinds kleins af aan altijd bij gebleven. Het wonderbaarlijke verhaal van Natalie Wood. Actrice eerste klas in de tijd in de jaren 60 en 70, eerste grote liefde van Mr. James Dean, en zeker gelijk aan waarde in acteerprestaties. Ze begon al op haar zesde met acteren. Haar moeder bezocht in haar jeugd ooit een waarzegster, deze voorspelde: ''U zult drie kinderen krijgen, u moet goed letten op uw middelste kind, deze zal vaak gevaar lopen. Let u vooral op water, vermijd water, dat is het gevaar''. Goed gelovige moeder Wood (Zacherenko in reallife) kon deze voorspelling niet vergeten. Ze kreeg inderdaad drie dochters, en Natalie was de middelste. Natalie groeide op met een bezorgde moeder en dit maakte dat zij een moeizame relatie hadden. Moeder was constant bang dat Natalie iets gebeurde. Moeder steunde Natalie in haar acteer carriere en ging mee bij elke auditie. Wanneer Natalie in het water moest acteren, dit kwam regelmatig voor, werd moeder woedend. Natalie heeft nooit mogen leren om te zwemmen. Naarmate Natalie ouder werd heeft ze het contact met haar moeder, die extreem overbezorgd was en dit op een psychische manier uitte, stop gezet. Natalie had haar moeder een aantal jaar niet gezien toen ze op haar 43ste leeftijd besloot samen met vrienden een middagje te gaan varen.. Natalie overleed die dag.. in het water..

But the reason I'm sharing it is because the actress Katie Jarvis was spotted by an agent during a fight with her boyfriend. She is a teen-mom from England and now had the chance to change her life and tell a story like her own. Well done!

Finally a good movie worth talking about again. This is a true story, very impressive. Altough the trailer doesnt show the true value of this movie, its not only actin but also a lot of drama. A very impressive movie, wich I have to say does show how some people take atvantage of religion.
